  We offer several fairy-themed entertainment options depending on the type of magical experience you’re looking for.

Face Painting Fairy

1st Hour — $200 + HST
Each Additional Consecutive Hour — $140 + HST

Glitter Fairy

1st Hour — $200 + HST
Each Additional Consecutive Hour — $150 + HST

Games & Activities Fairy

30 Minutes — $154 + HST
1 Hour — $220 + HST
2 Hours — $375 + HST

Ultimate Fairy Experience — All Three Fairies

1 Hour — $550 + HST
2 Hours — $900 + HST

The Ultimate Fairy Experience includes a Face Painting Fairy, Glitter Fairy, and Games & Activities Fairy attending your event at the same time. It is available as a 1-hour or 2-hour package only and is not offered as a 30-minute visit.

Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.

Face Painting Fairy

Our Face Painting Fairy specializes in professional face painting while remaining fully in character throughout her visit.

This package includes:

• Professional face painting
• A whimsical selection of child-friendly designs
• Customizable colours and designs
• Fairy-themed guest interaction
• Photo opportunities with the fairy

The Face Painting Fairy can typically accommodate approximately 10–14 children per hour, depending on the complexity of the selected designs.

Glitter Fairy

Our Glitter Fairy brings sparkle and enchantment to your celebration while remaining fully in character throughout her visit.

This package includes:

• Glitter tattoos, glitter gel applications, or a combination of both
• A variety of designs and colours
• Fairy-themed guest interaction
• Photo opportunities with the fairy

The Glitter Fairy can typically accommodate approximately 10–20 children per hour, depending on the services selected.

Games & Activities Fairy

Our Games & Activities Fairy provides an interactive character experience designed around the age, interests, energy level, and preferences of your group.

Activities may vary depending on the age and interests of the children, group size, available space, and event flow. Our Games & Activities Fairy experience is highly customizable, but any customization requests must be discussed and finalized at the time of booking.

Ultimate Fairy Experience

Our Ultimate Fairy Experience brings all three fairy entertainers to your event at the same time: a Face Painting Fairy, Glitter Fairy, and Games & Activities Fairy.

While one fairy provides face painting, another provides glitter services, and the third leads games, dancing, creative activities, and interactive fairy entertainment.

For groups of 15 children or fewer, the 1-hour experience can typically include face painting and glitter for every child, a fairy craft, and games, dancing, and interactive fairy activities.

For groups larger than 15 children, activities and services may be adjusted to accommodate as many guests as possible within the booked time.

 The fairies shown in our website photos are intended to showcase our available costumes and the overall look of our Fairy Party Experiences. They do not represent a specific entertainer who will be assigned to your event.

We currently have four fairy costumes in our collection. Three are pictured throughout our website, while our fourth features a very similar style and overall aesthetic. Your fairy will arrive wearing one of these four costumes.

The specific costume and entertainer assigned to your event will depend on entertainer availability, and we cannot guarantee a particular fairy costume or performer.

Please Note: Photos showing a particular fairy providing face painting, glitter services, or games and activities are for promotional purposes and do not indicate that the pictured entertainer will be assigned to that specific service or to your event.

Regardless of which fairy attends, you can expect the same whimsical, colourful fairy aesthetic represented throughout our website.

Face Painting Fairy

• 1-hour minimum booking within Durham Region

Glitter Fairy

• 1-hour minimum booking within Durham Region

Games & Activities Fairy

• Available as a 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour package

Ultimate Fairy Experience (All Three Fairies)

• Available as a 1-hour or 2-hour package only

Please note that for some cities outside of Durham Region, as well as parts of North Durham, longer minimum booking times may apply depending on location and travel requirements.

In these areas:

• Face Painting Fairy may require a 2-hour minimum booking.
• Glitter Fairy may require a 2-hour minimum booking.
• Games & Activities Fairy may require a 1-hour minimum booking.

 Fairy Parties are most popular with children ages 3–10, but they can be enjoyed by guests of all ages, including adults.

Younger children typically love the fairy storytelling, simple games, dancing, glitter, face painting, and magical interactions, while older children often enjoy the crafts, challenges, games, mini makeovers, and more interactive activities.

Our entertainers are experienced in adapting the program based on the age range of the children attending. Whether you’re planning a toddler-friendly fairy visit, a magical birthday party for elementary-aged children, or a community event with a wide range of ages, we can tailor the activities accordingly.

For mixed-age groups, we generally recommend focusing the entertainment on the birthday child’s age group while still ensuring that siblings and guests of different ages can participate and have fun.

Fairy Parties are suitable for birthday parties, school events, daycare celebrations, community events, festivals, corporate family days, and special occasions of all kinds.

No problem! We understand that guest counts can change as the event gets closer.

If your group size increases after booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments to supplies, staffing, and activities.

Depending on the package selected and the final group size, we may recommend booking additional time, modifications to the activities, or an additional entertainer to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

We kindly ask that you provide your best estimate when booking and notify us of any major changes as soon as possible. We’re always happy to work with you to make sure every child feels included and has a magical experience.

Absolutely!

Parents, grandparents, and other adult guests are welcome to join in the fun. Whether that means participating in games, dancing along with the children, helping with crafts, taking photos, or simply enjoying the magical atmosphere, we love seeing the whole family get involved.

For face painting and glitter services, adults are also welcome to participate if time permits. At larger events, children will always be prioritized first, but if there is time remaining, we’re happy to include adults as well.

In most cases, very little setup is required on your end.

For Games & Activities Fairy visits, we simply recommend having an open area where children can comfortably gather, move around, and participate in games, dancing, and activities, table for craft or makover is recomended by optional.

For Face Painting Fairy and Glitter Fairy services, we require:

• One table
• Two chairs per fairy

If your package includes a craft activity, we may ask that tables and chairs are available for the children to sit and participate comfortably

Weather & Outdoor Events

Fairy Parties can be held indoors or outdoors. However, outdoor events cannot be accommodated during rain, snow, or other severe weather conditions. If your event is outdoors - please let us know upon booking. We strongly recommend having an indoor backup location available whenever possible.

Other than providing adequate space for the activities and any required tables and chairs, there is very little for you to prepare. Our fairies will arrive with all the supplies needed for the services included in your package.

Not necessarily.

If your party is several hours long, many families choose to schedule the fairies to arrive around 30 minutes after guests arrive so children have time to settle in first.

However, if your party timeline is shorter, starting the fairy visit right at the beginning works perfectly well.

To place a booking, please contact us and provide the following information:

• Date of your event

• Preferred start time

• Event location

• Which package you would like

• Preferred duration of the visit

Once we receive this information, we will check availability.

If we are able to accommodate your request, we will send you a booking form to fill out and instructions to submit the $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca

Please include a note with your e-transfer indicating what the deposit is for. For example:

“Princess Party – April 19 – Emma’s Birthday.”

Once the booking form and deposit are received, we will send you a confirmation email. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

Please note: For last-minute bookings made less than 7 days before the event, the standard $50 deposit does not apply. Instead, full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm and reserve your date and time.

Yes. After your Fairy party booking is confirmed, you will typically hear from us again a few days before your event.

At that time we send a confirmation email reviewing the event details to ensure everything is correct.

You are always welcome to reach out anytime if you have questions before then.

Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total price of the party. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We do not accept cash. Payment can be made by:

• e-transfer

• credit card through the invoice we provide

E-transfer is preferred, but credit card payments are always welcome. We do not accept cash payments for the remaining balance.

Please note: For last-minute bookings made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm and reserve your date and time.

At this time, we do not offer discounts for combining services.

Each service requires its own professional entertainer and preparation, so services are priced individually. 

If you cancel more than 1 month before your event, your $50 deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

However, we understand that unexpected situations happen. If illness or another serious circumstance arises, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to move your booking to a new date, provided we have availability.

 In addition to private birthday parties, we also regularly provide character entertainment for restaurants, festivals, community events, corporate events, grand openings, and holiday celebrations.

Character meet-and-greets, mascot appearances, and interactive entertainment are a wonderful addition to many types of events and can help create a memorable experience for children and families.

Because every event is a little different, we provide custom quotes for public events, corporate events, and community celebrations. Please reach out with the details of your event and we will be happy to provide a tailored quote.
