Our mobile kids painting party packages are designed to make birthday parties and creative events easy and fun.

• 1-hour painting party: $250 + HST for up to 10 children

• Additional children: $25 + HST per child

• 2-hour painting party: $300 + HST for up to 10 children

• Additional children: $30 + HST per child

Both painting party packages include a guided step-by-step painting session led by a professional art instructor and all painting supplies needed for the activity.

Our standard painting party package includes up to 10 children ( additonal children may be included at an extra fee). Whether you have 2 kids, 5 kids, or 10 kids, the package price remains the same. 

There is no maximum number of children we can accommodate for a painting party. Larger groups are absolutely welcome — we simply need to know the expected number of participants in advance so we can prepare the correct number of canvases, painting kits, and supplies.

No problem at all. We always confirm the final number of children before the event.

As long as we receive the final headcount at least one week before the party, we can prepare additional canvases and painting kits so that every child has a spot in the painting activity.

Yes, absolutely. Many clients send inspiration images or ideas for their children’s painting party.

We review the requested design and ensure it is suitable for the age group and the duration of the painting party. Some paintings may need to be slightly simplified so that all children can successfully complete the artwork during the guided session.

Yes. Our kids painting parties can often be customized to match your party theme.

Popular themes include animals, unicorns, mermaids, space, dinosaurs, seasonal designs, and many more. If you have a theme in mind, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the painting design accordingly.

No. Setup time is outside of your painting party duration.

Our painting instructors arrive in advance so the painting activity can start right on time.

Setup typically takes about 30 minutes for a group of 10 children. For larger painting parties such as 20–25 children, setup may take closer to 1 hour because additional canvases, supplies, and workspace preparation are required.

The host must provide tables and chairs for all participating children.

Tables that are an appropriate height for children are perfect. Chairs are recommended for comfort, especially for longer painting sessions.

For 1-hour painting parties, children can paint standing if necessary, although chairs are still recommended.

For 2-hour painting parties, chairs are required so children can comfortably complete the full painting activity.

All tables and chairs must be set up and ready before we arrive so that we can begin setting up the painting supplies immediately.

We bring all painting materials, including canvases, paint, brushes, palettes, water cups, and table coverings.

We offer two painting party formats:

1-hour painting party

Recommended for children approximately ages 5–10. This format focuses on a fun, beginner-friendly painting that can be completed within one hour.

2-hour painting party

Recommended for children ages 10 and up. This longer format allows for more detailed artwork and a slower pace for older kids.

Children under 5 years old are generally too young for structured painting activities, so we typically do not recommend painting parties for that age group.

Painting party setup typically takes about 30 minutes for a group of 10 children.

For larger groups such as 20–25 children, setup can take up to one hour to prepare all canvases, paints, brushes, and workstations.

Cleanup after the painting party usually takes about 20–30 minutes for a group of 10 children. Larger groups may require additional cleanup time.

To place a booking, you will need to fill out our booking form and send a $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca

Please include a note with your e-transfer indicating what the deposit is for. For example:

“Painting Party – April 19 – Emma’s birthday.”

Once both the booking details and deposit are received, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that an inquiry does not equal a confirmed booking. Your event is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.

After your painting party booking is confirmed, you typically will not hear from us again until a few days before your event.

At that time, we will send a confirmation email reviewing the event details such as address, time, number of participants, and painting design to ensure everything is correct.

Yes, absolutely. While most of our painting parties are children’s birthday parties, adults are welcome to participate as well.

Painting parties are also very popular for family celebrations, mixed-age events, and creative group activities, so adults can absolutely join the guided painting session if they would like.

Absolutely. No prior art experience is required.

Our kids painting parties are designed specifically for beginners. The instructor guides everyone step-by-step, making it easy and fun for children to create their own finished painting and feel proud of their artwork.

Not necessarily. If your party lasts several hours, we often recommend starting the painting activity 20–30 minutes after official party start time so children have time to settle in first.

However, if your party schedule is tight, starting the painting session right away is perfectly fine.

Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total cost of the painting party. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We do not accept cash. Payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card through the invoice we provide.

E-transfer is preferred, but credit card payments are always welcome.

At this time, we do not offer discounts for combining services. Most services require their own professional entertainer or instructor, so services are priced individually.
