Within Durham Region, the minimum booking time for a Paw Patrol character visit is 30 minutes.
Durham Region includes:
• Oshawa
• Whitby
• Ajax
• Pickering
• Clarington (Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle)
• Uxbridge
• Scugog
For locations outside Durham Region, the minimum booking time is 1 hour.
A travel fee may apply depending on the location.
Paw Patrol parties are best suited for children ages 2–5.
The games, obstacle course, and activities are designed specifically for toddlers and preschool-aged children, making the experience engaging, safe, and fun for this age group.
Older siblings are absolutely welcome to participate as well.
The ideal group size is up to 10 children, as this allows the entertainer to interact closely with each child and keeps the activities running smoothly.
For larger groups, we can accommodate:
• Up to 12 children for the 1-hour Paw Patrol party
• Up to 15 children for the 30-minute Paw Patrol party
If your group is on the larger side, parental assistance may be required, especially during certain activities.
Because Paw Patrol parties are designed for younger children (often as young as age 2), we also recommend that parents remain nearby during the activities for all group sizes. Younger kids often feel more comfortable when their parents are close, and having a parent available to lend a hand when needed helps everything run smoothly and keeps the experience enjoyable for everyone.
Yes! There will be multiple opportunities for photos during the party. We encourage parents to take photos throughout the activities, and the character will also pause for a few dedicated photo moments with the birthday child and guests at the end of the party.

If the number of children increases significantly, we may need to adjust certain activities to ensure all children still have a chance to participate and enjoy the experience + parental assistance will be required. An additional fee will apply if the group size increases beyond 12 kids for 1h party and 15 kids for 30 min party.
Absolutely. Parents and family members are always welcome to join the fun, especially during games, dancing, and photo opportunities.

Yes, absolutely. Adding a second character can make the party even more exciting, especially for larger groups.
Additional character rates:
• 30-minute party: $100 + HST for an additional character

Characters must be available for your selected date and time.
Yes, a small setup is required for this party.
Your chosen Paw Patrol character will arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the Rescue Mission obstacle course and prepare the activity area.
If possible, we kindly ask that children be kept away from the setup area during this time so the character can set up safely and efficiently. We understand that this isn’t always easy or possible — kids can be very excited when they see characters like Chase, or Skye arrive! If children do come over to say hello, that’s completely okay, but keeping the area clear when possible helps ensure the setup can be completed quickly.
After the party ends, cleanup typically takes about 10–15 minutes.
Our entertainers always plan to arrive early to allow time for setup. In the unlikely event of unexpected traffic or delays, we will always communicate with you and ensure you still receive your full entertainment time.
It is helpful to have an open space ( about a living room size ) where we can set up the mini obstacle course.
For the craft station and temporary tattoos in the one-hour package, having a table available is very helpful but not strictly required.
Our entertainer will bring all the materials needed for the activities.

If your party lasts several hours, many families choose to schedule the character visit 20–30 minutes after guests arrive so children have time to settle in first.
However, if your party timeline is shorter, starting right away works perfectly well.
That’s completely normal.
Our entertainers are experienced with young children and know how to gently include shy kids at their own pace. Children are never pressured to participate and can join when they feel comfortable.

Yes, there are a couple of things that can really help make this type of party run smoothly and ensure the best possible experience for the children.
First, because Paw Patrol parties are designed for younger children (often ages 2–5), we recommend that parents remain nearby during the activities, especially for the younger kids around 2–3 years old. Children in this age group often feel much more comfortable participating when their parents are close by. Having parents nearby to encourage participation and lend a helping hand when needed helps create a much more enjoyable experience for everyone.
Second, if the party is taking place in a room that normally has toy bins, play stations, or other activities, we recommend putting those items away for the duration of the party when possible. Because children in this age group have a shorter attention span and can be easily distracted, visible toys or other activities can pull their attention away from the games and obstacle course. Keeping the space focused on the Paw Patrol activities helps the entertainer keep the group engaged and ensures the party runs smoothly.
Once the party activities are finished, you are of course welcome to bring the toys or other activities back out again.
Tips are completely optional and never expected.
That said, if you had a wonderful experience and would like to show a little extra appreciation to your entertainer, they are absolutely allowed to accept tips.
If you choose to leave a tip, we kindly ask that it be given directly to the entertainer in cash after the party is finished, and ideally while the children are not watching. This helps keep the magic of the character experience intact for the kids.
Please note that tips cannot be sent by e-transfer and must be given in cash directly to the entertainer.
If you need to cancel your booking more than one month before your event date, your $50 deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation happens less than one month before the event (even by one day), the deposit is non-refundable, as we reserve that time slot specifically for your party.
That said, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, especially when it comes to children. If illness or another unavoidable situation arises, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your party to a new date, provided we have availability.
To reschedule, simply let us know your new preferred date and we will do our best to accommodate it.
