Yes! This is a great option for mixed-age birthday parties in the GTA, where both adults and kids are attending. Children will enjoy the princess interaction, glitter, and magical elements, while adults enjoy the humor, storytelling, and elevated experience.

Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to add a second princess to your party, provided the character is available for your date and time. Having two princesses can be a wonderful option for larger birthday parties.

The rates for an additional princess are:

• 1- hour : $150 + HST for the second princess

We provide a full interactive mocktail experience for your birthday party, including layered drink ingredients, edible glitter, and presentation elements. This is a unique feature that makes this one of the most creative and memorable birthday party ideas in the GTA and Durham Region.

We do not supply alcohol; however, for adult birthday parties, girls’ night events, or bachelorette parties, you are welcome to incorporate your own. The mocktail is designed to work perfectly as both a non-alcoholic and optional cocktail experience.

This experience works beautifully for both small and large birthday parties.

One princess can comfortably host birthday parties of up to 30 guests, and we regularly accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. For larger birthday parties (15+ guests), we may slightly adjust the flow of the experience to keep everything smooth, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone.

For example, the glitter makeover portion may be shortened or offered to select guests, as not all attendees (especially at adult birthday parties or mixed groups) choose to participate. The mocktail experience and activities are also gently adapted to suit the group size while maintaining the overall magic and structure of the event.

If you would like all guests to receive a full glitter makeover, we recommend adding a second princess for parties of 15 or more. This ensures everyone gets the full experience.

Overall, we are happy to accommodate a wide range of group sizes and will always tailor the experience to fit your birthday party setup and guest list.

Yes! The Birthday Princess will be crowned during the ceremony and gets to keep her tiara — making this a memorable highlight of your princess birthday party experience.

We primarily require a table or counter space for the mocktail demonstration portion of the experience. This allows us to properly present the layered “Happily Ever After” drink.

You will also need:

• A pen and a few pieces of paper for each guest (for the birthday wish jar activity)

• One fancy glass (martini glass or wine glass preferred) for the mocktail moment

If you don’t have a martini or wine glass, any decorative or “fancy-looking” glass will work perfectly — we can adapt to what you have.

We’ll guide you ahead of time to make sure your birthday party setup is smooth, simple, and stress-free.

To place a booking, please contact us and provide the following information:

• Date of your event

• Preferred start time

• Event location

• Which princess you would like

Once we receive this information, we will check availability.

If we are able to accommodate your request, we will send you a booking form to fill out and instructions to submit the $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca.

Please include a note with your e-transfer indicating what the deposit is for. For example:

“Princess for the Queen – April 19 – Emma’s Birthday.”

Once the booking form and deposit are received, we will send you a confirmation email. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

 Yes. After your Princess for the Queen booking is confirmed, you will typically hear from us again a few days before your event.

At that time we send a confirmation email reviewing the event details to ensure everything is correct.

You are always welcome to reach out anytime if you have questions before then.

Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total price of the party. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We do not accept cash payments. Payment can be made by:

• e-transfer

• credit card through the invoice we provide

E-transfer is preferred, but credit card payments are always welcome. We do not accept cash.

A travel fee may apply depending on distance and availability. Because we have a growing team of princess entertainers located throughout the GTA, travel fees can vary based on whether we have a performer nearby your event location.
