K-Pop Hunter Inspired Party

Within Durham Region, the minimum booking time for a K-Pop Hunter character appearance is 30 minutes.

Durham Region includes:

• Oshawa

• Whitby

• Ajax

• Pickering

• Clarington (Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle)

• Uxbridge

• Scugog

For locations outside Durham Region, the minimum booking time is 1 hour.

A travel fee may apply depending on the location.

K-Pop Hunter parties are typically best suited for children ages 5–12.

Because the party focuses on music, dancing, and performance, it tends to work best for kids who enjoy moving, dancing, and participating in fun performance-style activities.

Younger children are welcome to participate, but the program is primarily designed for kids who enjoy dance parties and pop-star style activities

No problem at all. Just let us know in advance.

If the number of children increases significantly, we may slightly adjust certain activities so that all children still have a chance to participate and enjoy the experience.

Absolutely. Parents and family members are always welcome to join the dancing, cheering, and photo opportunities.

Many families enjoy joining the dance moments alongside the kids.

 Yes. When booking your party, you can request your preferred character.

Our available characters include:

• R - Hunter ( inspired by Rumi )

• Z - Hunte ( inspired by Zoe )

• M - Hunter ( inspired by Mira )

We will check the availability of your preferred character for your event date and time.

Yes, absolutely. You can add additional characters to your party if they are available.

Having 2 or 3 characters can make the experience even more exciting for larger groups and allows for more interaction with the kids.

Additional Hunter rates ( per 1 additional hunter ):

• 30-Minute Package – $150 + HST

• 60-Minute Package – $200 + HST

• 2-Hour Package – $300 + HST

No special setup is required.

The performer arrives and begins the entertainment right at the scheduled start time.

If possible, it is helpful to have an open area where the children can comfortably dance and move around.

It is helpful to have a clear space where kids can dance and move freely.

Some families also like to create a small area where kids can show off their dance moves or do their mini runway moment.

A table is also helpful to have for 1 parties but not mandatory.

 Yes, absolutely.

If your child has favorite songs or artists they love, you are welcome to share them with us in advance and we will do our best to include them during the party.

Not necessarily.

If your party lasts several hours, we often recommend scheduling the character appearance 20–30 minutes after guests arrive so children have time to settle in first.

However, if your party timeline is shorter, starting right at the beginning works perfectly well.

 Our K-Pop Hunter parties are designed to be high-energy and highly interactive.

The performer leads a mix of activities including:

• Mini Dance routines

• Mini choreography lessons

• Idol training runway moments

• Sing-along interaction

• Performance games

+ a makover element for 1h party

Because the activities change throughout the experience, kids stay excited and engaged the entire time.

 That’s completely normal.

Our entertainers are experienced children’s performers and know how to gently include shy children at their own pace.

Children are never pressured to participate and are welcome to join when they feel comfortable.

Once we confirm availability, we will send you a booking form and instructions to submit the $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca.

Your booking is confirmed once the booking form and deposit are received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

Yes. We typically check in a few days before your event to confirm all the details.

Of course, you are always welcome to reach out if you have questions before then.

Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total price, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We accept:

• e-transfer

• credit card through invoice

We do not accept cash.

At this time, we do not offer bundled discounts because most services require a separate professional entertainer.

Our services are priced individually.

If you cancel more than 1 month before your event, your $50 deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

However, we understand that unexpected situations happen. If illness or another serious circumstance arises, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to move your booking to a new date, provided we have availability.

 No. In addition to private birthday parties, we also provide entertainment for:
