We offer 3 princess party packages designed for children’s birthday parties and special celebrations.

• 30-minute princess party: $154 + HST

• 1-hour princess party: $200 + HST

• 2-hour princess party: $370 + HST

Each package includes a professional princess performer in a full costume who leads interactive activities for the children.

Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to add a second princess to your party, provided the character is available for your date and time. Having two princesses can be a wonderful option for larger birthday parties, as it allows more interaction with the children and helps activities run even more smoothly.

The rates for an additional princess are:

• 30-minute princess party: $100 + HST for the second princess

• 1-hour princess party: $150 + HST for the second princess

• 2-hour princess party: $300 + HST for the second princess

You are also welcome to mix different characters depending on your child’s preferences.

30-Minute Princess Party includes:

• Magical storytime with the princess

• Singing and dancing with the children

• One or two interactive games

• A special coronation ceremony for the birthday child with tiara and certificate

• Lots of photo opportunities throughout the princess visit

1-Hour Princess Party includes everything above + :

• Mini makeovers including festival-style glitter gel, kid-friendly nail polish, and temporary tattoos

• Magic tricks performed by the princess

For larger groups, the makeover portion may be adjusted so every child still receives attention:

• Groups of 10 children or fewer: all 3 makeover elements included

• Groups of 10–14 children: 2 makeover elements included

• Groups of 15 children or more: 1 makeover element included

2-Hour Princess Party includes everything above, plus:

• Additional games and interactive princess activities

• A small craft activity led by the princess

This longer princess party experience allows for more relaxed pacing and extra activities for the children.

 Within Durham Region, the minimum booking time for a princess character visit is 30 minutes.

Durham Region includes:

• Oshawa

• Whitby

• Ajax

• Pickering

• Clarington (Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle)

• Uxbridge

• Scugog

For locations outside Durham Region, the minimum booking time is 1 hour.

A travel fee may apply for certain locations depending on distance.

Princess birthday parties are typically best suited for children ages 3–5. Children in this age group are the most likely to fully believe in the magical experience of meeting a princess from a storybook or magical kingdom.

That said, some characters are especially popular with older children as well. For example, Barbie is a character that works wonderfully for children up to 9 or 10 years old.

Older children are always welcome to enjoy the princess experience — we never turn away a child who loves princesses!

No problem at all. Just let us know in advance.

If the number of children increases slightly, it usually does not affect the structure of the party. If the group size increases significantly, we may slightly adjust certain activities so the princess can comfortably engage with all of the children.

 Absolutely. Princess magic is for everyone! Parents and family members are always welcome to participate in the dancing, games, and photo opportunities during the princess visit.

 Yes. When booking your princess party, you can request a specific character.

We will check the availability of your preferred princess for your event date and time.

No. Princess parties do not require a setup.

The princess arrives and begins the entertainment right at the scheduled start time from the moment she enters the room.

It is helpful to have a designated area where the princess can gather the children.

Many families choose to place a chair or comfortable seating area for the princess so she can sit while reading the story, with the children seated around her.

You may also set up chairs for the children if you prefer, but this is not required.

For the makeover portion, having a small table available can be helpful, although it is not required. The princess can comfortably perform the makeovers sitting with the children on the floor if needed.

For 2-hour princess parties that include a craft, having a table available for the craft activity is recommended, although the craft can also be done sitting on the floor if necessary.

Yes, absolutely. We are happy to include your child’s favorite songs during the princess party.

Just let us know in advance and we will do our best to incorporate them into the activities.

Not necessarily.

If your party is several hours long, many families choose to schedule the princess to arrive 20–30 minutes after guests arrive so children have time to settle in first.

However, if your party timeline is shorter, starting the princess visit right at the beginning works perfectly well.

 Yes. Our princess performers sing live whenever the character calls for it. Singing is an important part of creating a magical princess party experience.

Live singing, interactive music, and sing-alongs help make the character feel authentic and create an immersive experience for the children.

Absolutely! Our princess costumes are professionally designed and carefully maintained to create a high-quality character appearance.

Attention to detail is extremely important to us, from the dresses and wigs to the accessories and overall presentation. Our goal is to create a magical experience where children truly feel like they are meeting their favorite princess.

Our princess birthday parties are designed to be highly interactive so children stay engaged from beginning to end.

The princess leads a mix of activities that may include:

• Singing and dancing

• Interactive games

• Magical storytime

• Magic tricks

• Mini makeovers

• The birthday coronation ceremony

Because the activities change throughout the visit, children remain excited and involved during the entire princess party experience.

That’s completely normal, especially for younger children.

Our performers are trained to gently engage with shy children and allow them to warm up at their own pace. Some children prefer to observe at first before joining in, and that is perfectly okay.

The princess will never pressure a child to participate, and many shy children gradually become comfortable as they watch the fun unfold.

To place a booking, please contact us and provide the following information:

• Date of your event

• Preferred start time

• Event location

• Which princess you would like

• Preferred duration of the visit

Once we receive this information, we will check availability.

If we are able to accommodate your request, we will send you a booking form to fill out and instructions to submit the $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca.

Please include a note with your e-transfer indicating what the deposit is for. For example:

“Princess Party – April 19 – Emma’s Birthday.”

Once the booking form and deposit are received, we will send you a confirmation email. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

 Yes. After your princess party booking is confirmed, you will typically hear from us again a few days before your event.

At that time we send a confirmation email reviewing the event details to ensure everything is correct.

You are always welcome to reach out anytime if you have questions before then.

Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total price of the party. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We do not accept cash. Payment can be made by:

• e-transfer

• credit card through the invoice we provide

E-transfer is preferred, but credit card payments are always welcome. We do not accept cash.

At this time, we do not offer discounts for combining services.

Each service requires its own professional entertainer and preparation, so services are priced individually.

If you cancel more than 1 month before your event, your $50 deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

However, we understand that unexpected situations happen. If illness or another serious circumstance arises, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to move your booking to a new date, provided we have availability.

 In addition to private birthday parties, we also regularly provide princess character entertainment for restaurants, festivals, community events, corporate events, grand openings, and holiday celebrations.

Princess meet-and-greets, character appearances, and interactive princess entertainment are a wonderful addition to many types of events and can help create a memorable experience for children and families.

Because every event is a little different, we provide custom quotes for public events, corporate events, and community celebrations. Please reach out with the details of your event and we will be happy to provide a tailored quote.
