Celebrate your little one’s big day with music, movement, and plenty of fun!


Our 30-Minute Musical Party Package is designed to keep babies and toddlers entertained with a lively mix of classic nursery rhymes and interactive activities:


What’s Included:

🎤 Sing-Along Fun: Our entertainer will lead an engaging sing-along featuring all-time favorite nursery rhymes. Plus, we’re happy to include 1–2 special songs of your choice to make the party extra personalized!


🎵 Music and Movement Games: Little ones will enjoy simple and fun activities like freeze dance or follow-the-leader to keep them active and smiling.

 

🎈 Special Birthday Finale: We’ll close the session with a cheerful birthday song performance, making your toddler the star of the show!

Frequently Asked Questions

We currently offer a standard 30-minute Ms. Rachel party package for $154 + HST.

This is our recommended and most popular duration, as younger children typically stay engaged for about 30 minutes.


Because we have a 1-hour minimum booking requirement outside of Durham Region, we can also offer a custom 1-hour Ms. Rachel package for $200 + HST.

This one-hour option is only available for bookings outside Durham Region due to travel requirements. Custom one-hour packages include additional activities and are discussed individually with each client.


Our Ms. GRachel party closely follows the style and format of Ms. Rachel’s TV show.

The visit includes a mix of:

• Interactive songs

• Sing-along nursery rhymes

• Age-appropriate games

• Musical activities

Our entertainer brings props such as shakers, small musical instruments, books, and other interactive items used to engage the children during the activities.

The experience is designed to feel very similar to watching Ms. Rachel — but live and interactive.

And of course, there are lots of photo opportunities throughout the visit.

Kids who know Ms. Rachel are usually completely starstruck when they see her in person, which makes the experience extra special for them.


 The custom 1-hour package includes everything from the 30-minute party, plus:

• Additional songs and sing-along nursery rhymes

• Extra interactive games

• Extended musical play with props

The one-hour package can also be customized based on the client’s preferences, so if there is something special you would like included, we are happy to discuss it with you.


Within Durham Region, the minimum booking time for a Paw Patrol character visit is 30 minutes.

Durham Region includes:

• Oshawa

• Whitby

• Ajax

• Pickering

• Clarington (Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle)

• Uxbridge

• Scugog

For locations outside Durham Region, the minimum booking time is 1 hour.

A travel fee may apply depending on the location.


Ms. Rachel parties are best suited for children ages 0–3, although children up to age 4 typically enjoy the experience as well.

Older children can absolutely participate too, especially if they are familiar with Ms. Rachel and enjoy her songs.


The ideal group size is under 10 children, as this allows the entertainer to interact closely with each child and keep the experience very engaging.

Larger groups can absolutely be accommodated if needed ( at no extra charge ).


No setup is required.

When Ms. GRachel arrives, we simply ask that parents gather the children around her so the activities can begin.

We typically recommend creating a cozy floor-style setup, where Ms. Rachel sits on the floor and the children gather around her for songs and activities. This tends to work best for this type of interactive toddler experience.


Yes! There are lots of photo opportunities throughout the visit.

We also dedicate the last few minutes of the visit specifically for photos, so families can capture special moments with Ms. GRachel.


Absolutely!

If you would like Ms. Rachel to join the group to sing Happy Birthday, just let us know in advance. You are also welcome to simply let the entertainer know while she is there — she will never say no to celebrating with the birthday child, just please make sure oit is done within her booking time.


 To place a booking, please contact us with the following information:

• Date of your event

• Preferred start time

• Event location

• Preferred package duration

• Group size and age range

Once we confirm availability, we will send you a booking form and instructions to submit the $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca.

Your booking is confirmed once the booking form and deposit are received and you receive a confirmation email from us. Unless the confirmation is received, your booking is not confirmed.


Yes. We typically check in a day or 2 before your event to confirm all the details and make sure everything is correct on file.

You are always welcome to reach out before then if you have any questions.


Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total price, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We accept:

• e-transfer

• credit card through invoice

We do not accept cash.

E-transfer is preferred, but credit card payment through the invoice is absolutely fine as well.


If you cancel more than one month before your event, your $50 deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation happens less than one month before the event, the deposit is non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved specifically for your party.

That said, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, especially with young children. If illness or another unavoidable situation comes up, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your party, provided we have availability.


Tips are completely optional and never expected.

However, if you had a wonderful experience and would like to show extra appreciation, our entertainers are absolutely allowed to accept tips.

If you do choose to tip, we kindly ask that tips be given directly to the entertainer in cash after the party, ideally while children are not watching so the magic of the character experience stays intact.
