Our Gabby’s Dollhouse Party Packages are designed to bring the playful, crafty, and curious world of Gabby right to your celebration.
30-Minute Package | $154 + HST
🎀 A Special Visit with Gabby: Our Gabby performer will arrive ready to lead an interactive and engaging experience for the kids.
📖 Story Time & Interactive Play: Children will be immersed in a fun, story-driven experience filled with imagination and participation.
🎲 Active Game: One or two light, age-appropriate games to keep little ones moving and smiling.
🎨 Small craft for up to 10 kids.
🎉 Birthday Moment: A cheerful birthday celebration to make your little one feel extra special and a small parting gift
1-Hour Package | $200 + HST
Includes everything from the 30-minute package, with an upgraded hands-on experience:
🎨 Cat-Themed Craft Activity for up to 15 kids. Children will create their own adorable, Gabby-inspired craft to take home.
✨ Temporary Tattoos OR Glitter Gel application.
🎉 Extended Games & Interaction: More time for play, engagement, and magical moments with Gabby.
Our rates are $154 + HST for a 30-minute package and $200 + HST for a 1-hour package..
Both packages include a visit with Gabby, interactive storytelling, imaginative play, games, a craft, and a special birthday moment.
The 1-hour package also includes an upgraded cat-themed craft, extended interaction, and a choice of temporary tattoos or glitter gel application.
Within most of the Durham Region, the minimum booking time for a Gabby's Dollhouse - inspired party is 30 minutes.
Durham Region includes:
• Oshawa
• Whitby
• Ajax
• Pickering
• Clarington
• Bowmanville
• Courtice
For locations outside Durham Region ( Toronto, North York, Markham, Vaughan etc) as well as Newcastle, Uxbridge and Scugog, the minimum booking time is 1 hour.
A travel fee may apply depending on the location, typically outside of the Durham Region.
These parties are best suited for younger children, typically toddlers and preschool-aged kids who enjoy interactive play, music, and crafts. Although older kids may also enjoy this party. Recommended age 3 - 6.
The ideal group size is up to 10 children.
We can accommodate up to 15 children with 1h package and up to 10 kids with 30 min package.
We ask that you have a small open space ready for activities.
For the craft portion, a table and chairs for the children are required.
Absolutely! We always allow time for photos throughout the experience and at the end of the visit.
Yes! We’re happy to gather everyone and lead a cheerful Happy Birthday moment with the cake.
Yes, within reason! If there’s a small element you’d love us to include because it’s your child’s favorite, feel free to let us know. We’re happy to accommodate special touches whenever possible.
That said, we do follow a structured program, so we’re not able to fully redesign or restructure the party. Small customizations are always welcome — full overhauls are not.
To place a booking, please contact us with the following information:
• Date of your event
• Preferred start time
• Event location
• Preferred package duration
• Group size and age range
Once we confirm availability, we will send you a booking form and instructions to submit the $50 deposit to hello@happykidspartyco.ca.
Your booking is confirmed once the booking form and deposit are received and you receive a confirmation email from us. Unless the confirmation is received, your booking is not confirmed.
Yes. We typically check in a day or 2 before your event to confirm all the details and make sure everything is correct on file.
You are always welcome to reach out before then if you have any questions.
Your $50 deposit is deducted from the total price, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
We accept:
• e-transfer
• credit card through invoice
We do not accept cash payments.
E-transfer is preferred, but credit card payment through the invoice is absolutely fine as well.
If you cancel more than one month before your event, your $50 deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation happens less than one month before the event, the deposit is non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved specifically for your party.
That said, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, especially with young children. If illness or another unavoidable situation comes up, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your party, provided we have availability.
Tips are completely optional and never expected.
However, if you had a wonderful experience and would like to show extra appreciation, our entertainers are absolutely allowed to accept tips.
If you do choose to tip, we kindly ask that tips be given directly to the entertainer in cash after the party, ideally while children are not watching so the magic of the character experience stays intact.
